About the Author
Author of the Western Writers of America Spur Award-winning novel Rawhide Robinson Rides the Range, and Western Fictioneers Peacemaker Award winner and Spur Finalist Rawhide Robinson Rides the Tabby Trail, and Spur and Peacemaker Finalist Rawhide Robinson Rides a Dromedary, Rod Miller also writes other novels as well as history, poetry, short stories, and magazine articles about the American West. The four-time Spur winner and two-time winner of the Western Fictioneers Peacemaker Award is also recipient of writing awards from Westerners International, the Academy of Western Artists, and the League of Utah Writers.
Born and raised in Utah, Miller graduated from Utah State University where he rode bucking horses for the intercollegiate rodeo team. He lived for a time in Idaho and Nevada before returning to his home state many years ago.
